We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it ships. Because our items are often produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

 

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable:

 

• Worn or washed items

• Items damaged due to improper care

• Final sale or discounted items

 

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
